With the arrival of fall it is more than appropriate to wear a faux fur jacket. Every fashionista and fashion blogger has been seen sporting this trend. And F/W ’14 is no exception as this style is still going strong. The good thing is that the jackets come in a variety of colours, styles and even textures to suit every taste and budget, allowing you to instantly glam up any outfit. Hope you get inspired by the images below.
Being brand loyal to everything BMW I got excited when earlier this year they launched their second coupe-like crossover, the all-new 2015 X4 at the New York Auto Show. While currently I do not have the need to own a crossover but when the time comes I would most likely be adding the X4 to my collection.
The vehicle is based on the same underpinnings as the X3 however, compared to the X3, the X4 is positioned as more sportier and better looking option, if less practical for some.
Previously the BMW X6 has sold well by appealing to consumers who are looking to stand out from the crowd and value good handling, powerful engines, reliability and tasteful interior.
Consumers who are a looking to add more sportier features to their BMW have the option to opt for an M sport package such as more aggressive body kit, custom door sills, light alloy wheels or a leather steering wheel.
The 2015 BMW X4 is priced from $45,625 for the X4 xDrive28 and $48,925 for the X4 xDrive35i. UK consumers are able to purchase X4 with diesel engines, which is always a good incentive.
The new X4 competes against similar models in the small crossover segment such as the Range Rover Evoque and latest Porsche Macan and Lincoln MKC.
What are your thoughts on the new BMW X4? Do you own one or are you planning to get one?

Fall is just around the corner and soon the leaves will start to turn golden and burgundy colours and warm summer days will be a thing of the past. With that, new autumn/winter 2014 collections are already pooping up in stores. The British brand Topshop had teamed up with Cara Delevingne who is the new face for their fall/winter campaign.
The pieces in the collection are edgy and cool, which can easily be transitioned into spring. The campaign was shot in London by renowned photographer Alasdair McLellan and styled by Topshop Creative Director Kate Phelan.
Summer is in full force. The days are longer, the sun is brighter and the hemlines are shorter. Here are top 8 summer essentials for every fashionista.
1. Sunglasses. A pair of cool shades is a must. Ray-Bans always make the perfect choice that last well into other seasons.
2. Bikini. Every girl needs a bikini for those long days at the beach. VS always stay on top of the latest bikini trends by having swim wear for everyone that comes in beautiful prints and styles.
3. Hat. Invest into a wide rim hat because who would want to get a sunstroke? I love floppy hats because they always add a bit of glamour and mystery.
4. Maxi Dress. A maxi dress is a summer staple. I love the flowy and light nature of a maxi for those long walks on the beach. I personally love the ones that come in flowery prints and light fabrics that flow in the warm summer breeze.
5. Stripes. Nautical pieces have always been a fashion trend and have graced the hottest resort collections. For me this look is always associated with yachts and the French Rivera. So, put on some stripes and sail away into the summer.
6. Beachy Hair. When you think about summer you automatically think about long luscious locks that look effortless and natural. While not everyone is born with beachy hair, it can be easily achieved with some salt spray and a curling iron.
7. Sunscreen. During those long days of fun in the sun, let’s not forget about sunscreen to protect your skin from UVA/UVB rays.
8. Good Book. Summer wouldn’t be complete without a good novel or at least a magazine to catch up on the latest trends. I am loving the Gone Girl thriller novel by Gillian Flynn.
It is only the middle of February but I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of spring. It is my favourite time of the year, when the nature is starting to awaken, the trees and flowers are starting to blossom, the days are getting longer and the people are becoming more happy, and the sun is shining brighter.
Here are some of my favourite looks from the catwalks and the street to inspire you to get ready for spring and maybe transition some of those pieces into early summer.
It’s been awhile since my last blog update. Nevertheless, let’s get straight to the point. As most you know spring and summer are the most busiest seasons to get married. For all of you who are getting married this year … Continue reading
OMG!!! I couldn’t not to share this with YOU. Those of you who know me can confirm that I love cars, but not everyone knows that the car brand that I obsess about and truly stand behind is BMW. Why, you ask?? Well, for me it’s several reasons. Some of them being style and design, performance, power. I feel happy when I drive it regardless of how “high maintenance” it can be sometimes. I identify with the brand and what it stands for.
I am passionate about BMW brand, which is why I entered into a contest to become the Ultimate Blogger for Endras BMW in Ajax, Ontario. The entrant with the most votes will get in the top 20 and ultimately will advance to the second round.
If you are a BMW fan like me and/or you just like my BMW blog entry, I will greatly appreciate if you would take a moment to vote for me. All you have to do is click +1 located at the bottom of the blog entry or on the right top side of the screen.

The Spring/Summer seasons are usually the busiest ones of the year for weddings so it’s no surprise that there are numerous wedding shows taking place in the city. This past weekend I had an opportunity to work with a really amazing team at TheRingBearer.ca. If you haven’t heard about them yet they are an online wedding magazine guide to wedding planning, ideas, dresses, wedding trends and so much more. Their website is very user friendly and easy to navigate, which is an important factor as you want your visitors to have a positive experience while browsing your site. I had tons of fun helping promote the magazine and the contest for a chance to win a $7,000 ring. Be sure to visit them at the National Bridal Show at Direct Energy Centre, Exhibition Place on January 28-30, 2011 for your chance to win.
Planning a wedding can be an overwhelming and stressful experience for most people as everyone leads busy professional lives, which leaves little to no time for anything else. TheRingBearer.ca is your one stop portal for all your bridal and wedding needs. Think Yellow Pages Directory but just for weddings :P. On there you’ll find everything from wedding décor, flowers, cakes, wedding gowns, reception halls, photography, beauty trends. The magazine also features real love stories and real proposals where couples share their experiences of the magical event.
And that’s not all that you can find on TheRingBearer.ca, it has features on celebrity weddings and NY bridal fashion trends and prizes to be won. Also, imagine how cool it would be to win a $7,000 diamond ring and/or a $5,000 Kleinfield experience when you submit your love story online.
In addition, to having a website that’s easy to navigate, is accessible, fast and provides tons of information to help plan your wedding, you can create a free online profile. I think that it’s a really cool feature to have when planning a wedding. As I had mentioned earlier when everyone has busy schedules you want something that keeps you organized and efficient when planning for your big day. The online profile allows you to create your own personal wedding page where you can keep all your family and friends informed on your wedding progress and events.
TheRingBearer.ca is not just another online wedding magazine, it is a valuable wedding planning tool loaded with cool features.

Just a few weeks ago after the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show had aired I went online to order the Rhinestone Leather Jacket, which was the Fashion Show Exclusive item. When I was adding the item to my shopping bag it said that “only a few left” so I had assumed probably 2 or 3. However, I should have checked out right a way because when I was ready to check out, the jacket was SOLD OUT. I am gonna lie if I say that I wasn’t disappointed. To be honest I was really upset (yes, I know I was upset over a $500 jacket :P). Those of you who are fashion conscience will understand me.
The next day I had sent an email to Limited Brands Customer Relations outlining the issue and my interest in having the item restocked. To my surprise I got a quick reply from Andrea P. who is a Customer Care Supervisor apologizing for the item being sold out and ensuring me that the matter will be looked into. Moreover, she wanted to personally speak to me about it and get more feedback. After a week of playing phone tag I finally got a chance to speak with her.
She showed genuine concern for the matter and told me that other customers had also shown interest in the jacket. She assured me that my voice as a customer will be heard and that she will bring up the issue when she meets with the merchant department. Andrea was pleasant, polite and interested in helping out. We also talked about when and if the item might be in stock again as well as social media like FB and how it can be used to better serve VS customers.
Overall, I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent customer service that I received. Not all companies have the time to actively listen to their customers’ concerns and feedback. It’s nice to know that your voice is being heard. As I had mentioned in my email to VS “… customers are the ones who drive your business. And if it weren’t for them then you wouldn’t be in this business”.
Have you had any good or bad experiences when dealing with customer service issues?
P.S. And I do hope they bring back the jacket soon!!! 🙂
